          ASPARAGUS SEEDLINGS- 50¢ each

I have found that planting Asparagus seedlings rather than the costly roots that have to be trenched almost to China do quite well on Delmarva. You can expect a thin picking the second season. Asparagus is a heavy feeder so be sure to give it lots of nutrient rich compost or other fertilizer

SORRY SOLD OUT FOR 2007!. Pre- order via email for 2008. Thanks!

          TOMATO PLANTS 50¢ each

I prefer to individually price my tomatoes so that you can mix and match varieties rather than have to buy multiples of one variety. I specialize in the bush or patio varieties. They take up less room and are more forgiving if you neglect to stake them well. I didn't plant as many plants this year, so act early for the best selection! Legend: Indeterminate (I) usually continues to grow, generally open pollinated varieties, needs a lot of support. Determinate (D) usually a hybrid that has been somewhat :"Dwarfed". All fruits come on at once, can usually be container grown.

Varieties Available:

Big Beef- a large fruited beefsteak type (I) SOLD OUT

Oxheart- heart shaped heirloom tomato (I) SOLD OUT

Golden Jubilee- low acid yellow mid size tomato (I)

Early Girl- an old time early slicer (I)
